AI Acceptable Use Policy

Prohibited Uses

You may not use Exokern to:

• generate or distribute illegal content;
• commit fraud, phishing, impersonation, or social engineering;
• create malware, exploit code, credential theft tools, spam, or cyber abuse;
• make legal, medical, financial, insurance, housing, credit, employment, educational, or similarly significant decisions without qualified human review;
• perform biometric identification, surveillance, or profiling without lawful authorization;
• process protected health information unless a Business Associate Agreement is in place;
• process children's data without all required consents;
• generate defamatory, deceptive, discriminatory, or harassing content;
• violate intellectual property or privacy rights;
• misrepresent AI outputs as verified facts;
• use outputs without appropriate human review;
• use the Services for weapons, critical infrastructure, emergency systems, or safety-critical applications;
• bypass safety filters, rate limits, monitoring, or access controls;
• use Exokern to build or train a competing AI or automation platform unless expressly authorized in writing.

Enforcement

Exokern may monitor for abuse, suspend accounts, remove content, restrict functionality, or terminate access where we reasonably believe this policy has been violated.
